Delete a Triggered Action

To keep your Loyalty instance uncluttered, the best practice recommendation is to delete unneeded or test Triggered Actions. The deletion process is permanent and irrevocable; you can’t later restore a deleted Triggered Action.

To delete a Triggered Action:

  1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Triggered Actions from the side navigation menu. The Triggered Actions screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, search for the desired Triggered Action (see Search for a Triggered Action for more information on the available search options).

  3. Optionally, expand a Trigger Group by clicking the Expand icon next to its name.

  4. In the Action column of the desired Triggered Group, click the Delete icon. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
